SBFISA'S Organizational Structure
The executive director, who directly reports to the president, shall oversee and monitor all of institutional activities. Personnel and staff under respective program components shall report to respective department heads and are responsible for the implementation of anticipated outputs. Although respective personnel and staff are expected to individually implement and deliver these target outputs as planned, they are also expected to harmonize teamwork, cooperation and complementation among themselves for the operationalization the abovementioned structures.
